Return Policy

You have a maximum of 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

If you would like to request a return or exchange of an item, please email info@lasersedgetech.com within 14 days of receiving your order for return address and shipping instructions. Please follow return instructions and do not send back without receiving shipping instructions.

Merchandise must not have been altered or damaged to be returned and be returned in its original packaging material .

Returned items which are returned in accordance with our return policy will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for said item  excluding the cost of shipping..

All sale or discounted items are final sale and may not be returned.

Once your return has been received and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund any sums due. We will attempt to refund any money due via the manner in which that item was paid for, for example a debit to your credit card. In the event that such a method of payment is not possible or practical, we will choose another form of payment  The payment will be processed within 5 business days. Please allow the five day period to pass  before contacting us about a return that is being processed.
